Quarantining for months—with no end in sight—has given me time to recconect with the mediums that I love and learn new skills. I finally made an instagram for my art @gdipdesign and have been venturing out of my comfort zone by participating in different design challenges. The weekly drawing prompt run by @stillherestilllife has been one of my favorites. For one of the prompts, I decided to challenge the meaning of "still" in still life by reflecting on mine and the situation of so many others. We are all stuck inside, and it seems like life is on hold..this monotonous existence gives way to restlessness.
